Question 1

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. I don't believe in trapping contractors in rigid 1-year contracts like traditional marketing agencies do. Everything is month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time if you don't think the system is a good fit for you.

Question 2

How soon will my website and tools go live?

Accepted Answer

The faster you get us your onboarding details and info, the faster we can get started. Once we have everything from you, it usually takes about 7 to 14 days to fully build and launch your customized website.

Question 3

Why can't my text messaging tools launch instantly?

Accepted Answer

To protect consumers, mobile carriers require a registration process called A2P verification for any business that wants to text clients. We will help you set this up right away, but the carriers can take anywhere from a few days to a week to approve it. Your messaging tools will go live the exact moment the carriers verify your account.

Question 4

Are there any extra fees for the phone numbers or texting?

Accepted Answer

Your website hosting is completely included in your monthly price. The only separate costs are standard carrier fees for your dedicated phone line and your actual message usage. Most clients just drop 10 dollars into their account wallet to cover their ongoing text messages and calls, and it refills as you use it.

Question 5

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use any of this?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. I handle all the heavy lifting, setup, and backend coding for you. Once everything is approved and live, it is built to run on cruise control right from your phone. If you can send a basic text message, you can easily use our software tools.

Question 6

Will the Business Number replace my current personal cell phone number?

Accepted Answer

No, it won't change your personal line at all. It simply acts as a second, professional line that routes right to your existing phone through an app. You will instantly know when an incoming call or text is a paying customer versus a personal call, keeping your private number safe.

Question 7

Can it connect to my Google Business Profile and Facebook?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Unified Message Center pulls customer messages from your Google Maps profile, Facebook page, Instagram, and regular SMS directly into a single, easy-to-read inbox.

Question 8

What happens if I want to make changes to my website later?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to worry about tracking down an expensive web developer or paying hourly support fees just to change a line of text or swap a photo. Just shoot me a message, and I will handle the website updates for you as part of your ongoing service.
